Therapy Fees, Insurance & Forms
Session Fee
Individual Therapy: $150 per 50-minute session
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
Private Pay
Lake Natoma Therapy is primarily a private pay practice. This means clients typically pay directly for services rather than having insurance billed by the practice.
Some clients choose private pay because it may offer more privacy, flexibility, and choice in how therapy is approached. It can also allow therapy to focus more directly on your needs, goals, and growth without being shaped by insurance requirements or session limits.
You are welcome to reach out with questions about fees or payment.

Good Faith Estimate
Under the federal No Surprises Act, clients who are uninsured or choosing not to use insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of services before receiving care.
For individual therapy at Lake Natoma Therapy:
- Individual therapy sessions are $150 per 50-minute session
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged
- Sessions may be weekly, biweekly, or scheduled at another agreed-upon frequency
- Total cost depends on your needs, goals, session frequency, and length of treatment
You may request a Good Faith Estimate at any time.
A Good Faith Estimate is not a contract and does not require you to receive services. It is intended to help you understand the expected cost of care.
